These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") govern access to and use of the website fraxentor.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), owned by Fraxentor S.A. (hereinafter, "Fraxentor", "we" or "the company"), with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By accessing and using the Site, you accept these T&C in their entirety.
1. Purpose of the site
The Site aims to provide information about real estate crowdlending in Argentina and the services offered by Fraxentor. The published content is informational in nature and does not constitute an investment offer, financial advice or personalized investment recommendation.
2. Requirements for use
To use the Site, you must be over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to contract under Argentine legislation. By submitting information through the contact form, you declare that the data provided is truthful and up to date.
3. Intellectual property
All Site content, including texts, designs, logos, images, graphics, software and other materials, is the exclusive property of Fraxentor or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws, including Law No. 11,723. Reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of the content without prior written authorization from Fraxentor is prohibited.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these T&C shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
